Prize giving helps in better results and to consistently improve performance. The prize winner is admired and envied by everyone. However, when the competition is extreme and the result is uncertain, there are ample chances of invoking feelings of jealousy or grudges among the competitors. Such behavior can also lead towards controversial attitude.
